Saga Bay Gardens

Living in a community that offers unusual amenities is refreshing.   Sand volleyball and a  tennis court (by the water!) fall into this category, and Saga Bay Gardens has both.

A cabana right smack in the middle of the grassy area, basketball,  and a beautiful pool, sundeck and lounge chairs are a plus, and they have those too.  Add the more common extras like a fitness center and a barbeque/grill area…  lots of green space … outdoor play areas… a lakeview … and a covered balcony overlooking the water:   Saga Bay Gardens.

8260 SW 210 Street #102 in Saga Bay Gardens is a corner unit, and is actually on the second floor (In Saga Bay Gardens, the covered parking is at ground level … giving this first floor apartment a  bird’s eye view of the water).  Built in 1988,  this apartment has tiled floors,  with two carpeted bedrooms (one on either side of the living/dining areas).

Lighted Domed Kitchen

Lighted Domed Kitchen

The kitchen is internal, meaning that it has no windows,  but our guess  is that it was  intentionally designed that way to permit lake views from each of the other rooms:   living/dining and both bedrooms.   What’s different and rather nice about the kitchen is that has a lighted, domed ceiling, which gives the illusion of an outdoor light source/ or skylight.  It has not been updated, but Saga Bay Gardens offers amenities that add to the ‘lifestyle’.  There’s a single balcony, covered, off the living room that just begs for a couple of lounge chairs, a beer, and the time to sit and enjoy the view of the water. Balcony Views are of the Lake.

Maintenance includes common areas, pool service, parking, lawn maintenance,  common areas, and laundry facilities (There is no washer/dryer in the unit… Who knows, you might meet some neighbors to play sand volleyball or tennis with!)   There is an exercise room. Parking is assigned, and covered.  There is an elevator.   This two bedroom /two bath  has 980 square feet of living area and is priced at $169,000.  It is also available for lease at $949.00 per month.  For questions on this two-bedroom in Saga Bay Gardens, or  for any other real estate questions you might have, please contact us.
