You don’t have to travel far or spend a fortune to have fun this summer. There’s plenty to do in our own backyard. Here is a list of just some of the fun things to do in Miami.

The Summer Savings Pass give you admission to Lion Country Safari, Miami MetroZoo, Wannado City and Miami Seaquarium for the entire summer!

Miami BeachEvery third Friday of the month, Miami Children’s Museum offers free admission, while the Miami Art Museum offers free admission every second Saturday from 1-4 pm.

The Deering Estate offers a lecture series and kayak rentals. The lectures are free on the second Thursday of every month. Kayak rentals are $10 per hour for adults and $8 per hour for kids. Admission is $7 for adults and $5 for kids ages 4-14.

If mini golf is your thing, then the Palmetto Bay Mini-Golf is a great option. Monday-Friday, admission is $6 from 7 am to 6 pm and $7 after 6pm.

Crandon Park offers a cabana service for $37.45 for the day.
