Sellers want the highest price possible for their home.  

And … in my experience, the more compellingly a home is priced, the more likely a buyer is to offer a higher price.    When a buyer sees your home, and sees value,  they tend to feel compelled to jump on it before someone else does.  

Lowball offers can and will come in … anytime, from anyone.   Mostly though, lowball offers come from buyers who fail to see value.  If your buyer isn’t concerned that another buyer will come along and scoop up the house  – they may as well  hem and haw & procrastinate …  or  take a stab with a low offer…
