Rentals are red hot, being rented almost immediately after they hit the market. We have worked with a number of out-of-town clients who have missed out on properties, as they aren’t able to view them as soon as they become available. We even had clients lose a unit, with an above asking price offer!
The good news is that rentals are moving. Clients are finding great things to rent, a good option for people relocating and unfamiliar with the area. It allows them to settle into Miami and take their time to find something to buy.
Things are renting-quickly. If something comes on the market, get in to see it as soon as possible. The good ones won’t last.
