 If you’ve had renovations, additions or alterations  done to  your house,   you may want to make a few phone calls … before you put your house up for sale.

Do you live in Miami?  You could have OPEN PERMITS or CODE VIOLATIONS  that you’re not aware of.  Before you list your house for sale, it’s worth finding out.    A local permit company can close them for you –  or you can.
