The newly constructed home at 9701 SW 63 Court features 6 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, a home theater and a lap pool. It also boasts a 400 bottle wine cellar, limestone floors, a sauna in the master bedroom and an indoor courtyard with a waterfall. The home was listed by Tony Rodriguez-Tellaheche of Prestige Realty Group. Last month, Miami Heat guard Tyler Johnson purchased a home nearby for $478 a square foot at $4.87 million.
