There are fewer homes for sale in Miami now than there were back in January 2009. Pinecrest is a prime example: The number of HOMES FOR SALE has dropped… while the number of SOLD HOMES (and homes under contract) continues to increase… encouragingly. If you have been considering selling, this might be a good time. Buyers are definitely buying!
