Get out and celebrate the 4th with many local activities around town. Here are just a few of the fun things to do:
Black Point Park and Marina is having it’s annual celebration. The show starts at 9 pm.
MetroZoo is celebrating it’s 30th birthday with giveaways, $5 admission and music. July 3- 5, from 11-4, with lots of activities and reduced admission.
Key Biscayne will have it’s annual festivities, with a picnic, parade and fireworks. Activities for the day start at 11 am.
South Miami will have fireworks at 9 pm in Palmer Park.
The Barnacle Historic Park puts on a picnic on it’s 19th century pioneer grounds. Enjoy house tours, live music and food and drinks available for purchase (for those who don’t want to bring their own picnic). Starts at 11 am.
There’s always the beach for the day, a picnic in a local park, or a backyard pool and bbq day. These are just some of the many options to enjoy the weekend.
