I can (with no reservations what-so-ever) say that this home is among the most exquisitely finished, detailed homes (in any price range) that I’ve seen.
And to find anything remotely similar would be a very tall order. Both the appraiser and the home inspector commented about it being straight out of the pages of Architectural Digest and that needing to be showcased on HGTV.
My favorite comment of all was that “One ought to be charged an entrance fee just to see the grounds”.

The acre of grounds are a scaled-down version of Fairchild Tropical Gardens, and the interior finishes I’ve rarely seen in homes priced even in the $5 million and above range…
