Brazilians ARE buying Miami … Did you know? According to NAR:
Over 50% of all Florida real estate investments made by Brazilian buyers are in the Miami, Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale areas… in South Florida.
Another 30% of Brazilian real estate investments are in the areas of Orlando and Kissimmee in Central Florida.
And about half of all Brazilians buying real estate in Florida expect to use the property themselves… anywhere from 3 to 6 months out of any given year… according to the National Association of Realtors.
