This year’s tournament promises to be exciting, with players like James Blake, Tommy Haas, Taylor Dent, and legends like John McEnroe and Patrick Rafter. Doubles favorites Bob and Mike Bryan will also be playing. 
The tournament runs from February 20 to 28 at the Delray Beach Tennis Center. There are still tickets avaialable to the Delray Beach International Tennis Championships.
Eric Hechtman, former University of Miami tennis star, played the Delay Beach pre-qualifying tournament. Eric beat FAU’s Marc Abdelnaur. Hechtman will be playing in the qualifying rounds. Come out and see him as well as the other stars, play some great tennis.
More tennis is coming to town next month when the Sony Ericsson Open comes to Key Biscayne. That tournament runs from March 24- April 4. We’ve got some great tennis in our backyard.
