Rarely am I able to visit anywhere approaching the number of listings I previewed this week…. 12 listings in a two-hour window. “Let’s just say ‘NEVER’ because I think that’s probably more accurate.”
To every listing agent who held open houses in Deering Bay this week, I wanted to say “Thank you!”.
Deering Bay’s new listings range from $899,998 to $2,150,000 for condos,villas and estates. Many offer spectacular golf course and water views. They sprawl across the grounds throughout Deering Bay Country Club’s gated golf and tennis community in Coral Gables.
The neighborhoods and price ranges I choose to preview each week hinge on who I’m working with. Whether I’m 1) looking on behalf of a specific buyer or 2) have a listing myself and need to know about relevant properties that will be competing for buyers … I never choose the listings I’ll preview based on whether that listing agent is serving food or not. Lunch is not why I preview properties… but… fueled by your efforts to nourish us as we ran from one listing to another this week, I wanted to say “THANK YOU”. Your efforts to host broker’s open houses and provide food and drink did not go un-noticed!
